Blog:

I started blogging many (many) years ago as a way of processing my feelings about my health.

Over the years, I’ve changed a lot, and most recently have been working with experts to create resources to help other people navigate chronic illness.

Here you can find an archive of my favourite pieces – with a specific focus on chronic illness management, mobility aids, work, mental health, and much more.

A little bit about me...

Hello! I’m Natasha Lipman!

I’m a former-BBC Journalist specialising in long-reads, a chronic illness blogger, and host of The Rest Room podcast.

I’m passionate about creating resources for people living with chronic illness who do not get the support they need (and deserve!)

Some old jobs I’ve done include: “entrepreneurship content guru” at Virgin Unite, co-founder of the internationally recognised Libyan Youth Movement (as part of the IPF, a youth journalism project I founded), as well as working on various international youth projects.

I am currently studying Yiddish (and I bloody love it!)
